New Directions Ministry in Madison County, NC, provides professional Christian counseling and residential treatment for teenage boys. The 400 acres of New Direction Farm contain four homes for youth, as well as a school, carpentry shop, lodge, gathering place, barns and chapel.

The home is a private, not-for-profit organization affiliated with the Western North Carolina Presbytery and the Presbyterian Church (USA). The mission of Black Mountain Home for Children is to glorify God by caring for children and families.
